This manual was created and is intended to become \u2018the\u2019 essential resource for those establishments starting new Experiential \u00a0Learning Programs (ELPs), as well as those needing greater standardization within their existing ones. ELPs, as defined \u00a0by \u00a0the \u00a0Global \u00a0Internship \u00a0Program, \u00a0encompass internships, externships, manager-in-training programs, \u00a0and job shadowing. \u00a0These \u00a0opportunities \u00a0provide students \u00a0and professionals \u00a0with \u00a0the \u00a0chance \u00a0to \u00a0learn \u00a0about \u00a0their \u00a0future \u00a0career \u00a0options \u00a0by \u00a0utilizing \u00a0hands-on \u00a0experience.<\/p>\n
