By highlighting and supporting wellness businesses owned by and serving underserved populations, the Initiative seeks to create a more equitable wellness ecosystem that benefits all community members. Through establishing clear guidelines for inclusive wellness practices, the initiative will foster environments where diverse perspectives are valued and incorporated, representation is prioritized, and wellness resources are accessible to everyone regardless of identity or background. We commit to amplifying underrepresented voices in the wellness space, facilitating dialogue across differences, and promoting evidence-based approaches that acknowledge a variety of wellness traditions and methodologies. As a relationship mindset coach, she helps high-achieving women of color and allies quiet their self-doubt monster and believe in themselves again, or for the first time. She supports people-focused businesses to levitate above the nonsense that has them spinning, so they can rise to an executive-level mindset. Jackie hosts the podcast Through Inspired Eyes and chairs the Global Wellness Institute&#8217;s Diversity Equity Inclusion Initiative. She stands firm in her belief that chocolate and peanut butter are the best dessert combination. Jackie&#8217;s vision is to create a world where people who have been silenced for too long reclaim the power of their voice. She sees safe spaces with proper representation, equity, vulnerability, and endless possibilities.
