Massage Makes Me Healthy & Happy, an initiative of the Global Wellness Institute, is a global movement that aims to celebrate the healing powers of massage therapy and promote its benefits through research, education, advocacy and awareness. Massage Makes Me Healthy & Happy Day is celebrated annually on March 20th in a virtual event from 12pm-1pm EST. Our annual celebration highlights the benefits of massage therapy and massage therapy careers. Participants in Massage Makes Me Healthy & Happy Day range from massage therapists, spas, wellness centers, massage schools, professional associations, business research, media outlets and general massage receiving community.
